Your therapy practice website

For a single page website, delivery time is 2 weeks. A multipage website is 3 weeks and an enterprise website (multiple employees – max 5) is 5 weeks. All of these delivery times are subject to being given the required information from the client. Such as images and text content that wants to be used, and also time from the client to be able to configure and setup the Booking System, Stripe and any integrations such as Zoom.

Payment plans for websites can be offered which can help spread the cost over a 12 or 24 month period. This pricing term can be discussed and agreed in a consultation whereby the hosting of the website can also be included in this ongoing payment plan.

The price can be broken down into three instalments of thirds paid initially, halfway through and on delivery of website, or they can also be paid in 50% instalments at the beginning or end of the website. Please also note that we can offer payment plans (please see FAQ above).

You will be given a unique login to the website which limits access specifically to the booking system. This way you can alter your services, prices, schedule, add holidays and employees etc without ever worrying about breaking the website.

Absolutely, the booking system works seamlessly with Zoom so that once a customer pays for your service, both the customer and yourself get a booking confirmation email with the link to your Zoom meeting which is automatically scheduled into your Zoom account. Even better, if you ever cancel an appointment, it will also automatically get removed from your Zoom account.

Yes we offer hosting for the website on a shared server. This will include daily automatic backups of your website, we offer three different hosting packages (please see below).

Every website requires a domain name, but don’t worry if you don’t have one. Our hosting packages include the first year of domain registration. We will purchase and register your domain and also provide Domain Management Services so that we can set you up with a professional email or point to your existing email server should you already have one.

Yes, whilst we don’t provide the email servers our self, we help setup our clients with an appropriate email provider for them. We then handle configuring the email provider with your domain so that the process is simple and hassle free.
